Privacy Policy

Last updated: 3 November 2026

Imposter Quest: Party Game ("the app") is made by Harris, a sole trader in Australia ("we", "us"). This policy explains what the app collects. Short version: no accounts, no ads, no analytics. Your game data stays on your device.

1. Data stored only on your device

Player names you type, settings, custom packs, game progress and your Premium status are saved in the app's local storage on your device. We never receive them. Deleting the app deletes this data. Drawings are only saved or shared if you choose to do so through your device's share sheet.

2. Purchases (RevenueCat)

In-app purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We use RevenueCat, Inc. to check whether you have an active Premium purchase. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user ID, purchase and subscription details (product, price, dates, transaction IDs), and basic device information (such as platform, OS version, app version, country/locale). This is used only to provide and restore your purchases and is not used for advertising or tracking. We never see your payment card details. See RevenueCat's privacy policy, Apple's and Google's.

3. Notifications

If you start a free trial and allow notifications, the app schedules a local reminder on your device the day before the trial ends. No push token or notification data is sent to us.

4. What we do not do

We do not require an account, do not collect your name, email, contacts, location, photos, or advertising ID, do not show ads, do not use analytics or tracking SDKs, and do not sell or share personal information.

5. Support emails

If you email us, we use your email address and message only to reply, and delete it when no longer needed.

6. Children's privacy

The app is rated 12+ and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information (for example by email), contact us and we will delete it.

7. Your rights

Because game data is held only on your device, you control it and can delete it by uninstalling the app. You may contact us to access or delete any information we hold (such as a support email), or ask RevenueCat about purchase records. Depending on where you live (for example under the Australian Privacy Act, GDPR or US state laws) you may have additional rights; we will honour them. You can also complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).

8. Security and retention

Purchase records are kept by RevenueCat, Apple and Google as needed to provide purchases and meet legal obligations. Data sent to RevenueCat is encrypted in transit.

9. Changes

We will update this page and the date above if this policy changes.
