Terms of Use

These terms apply to Imposter Quest: Party Game, provided by Harris, a sole trader in Australia. By using the app you agree to them. If you download from the App Store, Apple's Standard EULA also applies; if from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service apply. Where these terms conflict with those, the store terms prevail.
1. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the app on devices you own or control. Don't copy, resell, reverse-engineer or misuse it.
2. Premium and subscriptions
- Weekly: US$2.99 per week, auto-renewing.
- Yearly: US$19.99 per year, auto-renewing, with a 3-day free trial for eligible new subscribers.
- Lifetime: US$29.99 one-time purchase, no renewal.
Prices may vary by country and are shown in the store before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase (or at the end of the free trial). Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in your account settings (see Support). Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
3. Content and custom packs
Packs are for entertainment. Custom packs you create stay on your device and you are responsible for them. Play kindly – the game is meant for groups who agree to play.
4. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded. Otherwise, the app is provided "as is" and, to the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to resupplying the app or the amount you paid.
5. Changes and termination
We may update the app or these terms; continued use means you accept the updated terms. You may stop using the app at any time.
6. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
